Today I am taking a topic with a new thought! Most of the sales force tries to sell products using tell and sell technique. And you tell all the technicalities of the product to the prospect. It is very good to sell products and increase business. But what I learnt, what I have seen, what I have observed is that Person is least interested in the technical features of the products at first glance! He is already using some x brand products from some time. You have to find out how loyal he is to x brand. Now find out problems he is facing and give him solution! At this stage tell him, how can your product solve his problem.
Now, the customer is ready to take your product, because he got solution of his problem!
CAUTION: Don't waste your much time, to the customer who is not LOYAL to any brand!
